Server and IVR Distributed Server stations running with Windows Server 2003 depend on vendor PBX related driver installations and restrictions . Please contact your PBX vendor . 2 . Legacy ( non - ip systems ) Server and legacy ( non - ip systems ) IVR 2003 Server , Distributed Server stations , running with Microsoft Windows need to be installed with Intel Dialogic System Release ( DNA ) 6 software . Any attempt to run earlier versions of Intel Dialogic System Release ( DNA ) software will result with a failure to connect the Intel Dialogic IVR Board ( s ) . 3 . All stations must have Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher . Outlook 5.5 4 . Agent stations that uses Email module should have Microsoft or Microsoft Outlook Express 5.5 or higher . Or any Email client , which supports POP3 / SMTP protocols . 5 . Agent station that uses Chat module and runs Windows XP / Vista machines must disable the ‘ Popup blocking ’ functionality and do the appropriate Firewall settings . 6 . Currently , Chat module supports Internet Explorer browsers only on both sides ( Agents and Customers ) 7 . Java 2 Runtime Environment , SE v1.4.2_09 is part of Agent / Supervisors installation and it should not be removed . Online upgrade to higher Java versions is allowed . Resolved issues A summary of the issues that have been resolved in this release includes : All PBXs Statistics Module 1001185 / 108799 Consultive transfer between agents leads to duplicate count for Non ACD Calls answered . If an agent start transferring ( consultation ) an ACD call to another agent and the call goes to the voice mail of the other agent and then the transfer is completed , the ' N.ACD Calls Answered ' will count 2 instead of 1 . o : Original scenari 1 . Call into IRN . 2 . Agent1 answer and start transfer [ Transfer ] to agent2 ( consultation ) 3 . Agent2 does not answer and the call goes to Agent2 voice mail 4 . Installation Procedure Patch Build version ( upgrade install ) General All stations are installed from the same CDROM . This installation consists on installing directly version 4.66.04.0005 on top of 4.66.04 full build . Server station Please perform the following steps : : Server station must have static IP address and must run always with Administrator Note privileges 1 . Deactivate / Exit EPICCenter server running applications on the current installed station . 2 . Insert the patch Installation CDROM onto the CDROM drive . 3 . Browse the installation CDROM and double - click the Setup.exe file . 4 . Follow the Installation procedure and confirm all . 5 . Wait until the Installation completes 6 . Patch installation doesn’t need a computer restart at the end of the installation procedure . 7 .
