About the soil sensorsystem . The dishwasher has an exclusive Soil Sensor System that measures the amount of soil in the load . Using the dishwasher . Checkthe Water Temperature The entenng water must be at least 120 ° F . and not more than 150 ° F . , for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage . Fill the rinse agent dispenser until it reaches the bottom of lip inside the opening . Replace cap . To check ifdnse agent is needed , remove the cap and look into the dispenser . On some models , the dispenser can be checked by pressing the clear center of the Jill ( ap 2 ol 3 times . If nnse agent fills the center of the fill cap , you have enough . Load platters , pots and bowls along the sides , in comers , or in the back . The soiled side of items should face the center of the rack . Fold < lown fingers ( on some models ) provide flexibility for extra large and hard - to - fit items . The fingers may be left in the up position or tMded down to customize the lower rack .
