To check engine control minutes after adding stabilizer to allow it to reach adjustments , proceed as follows : carburetor . A . Set equipment control at “ FAST ” or “ HIGH SPEED ” and keep it in this position . ` DRAIN CARBURETOR ( ifsoequipped ) : The engine control lever should touch “ HIGH SPEED STOP ” .
