Assembly To prepare your pressure washer for operation , you ASSEMBLY will need to perform these tasks : IMPORTANT : Read entire owner's manual before you I . Section 5 : Maintenance I . 2 _ Detach spray gun and nozzle extension from high Detach nozzle extension from spray gun . Twist nozzle pressure hose . Detach nozzle extension from spray gun clockwise to stream position . Using supplied 2mm and remove o - ring and screen from nozzle extension . ( 5 / 64 ) allen wrench , remove orifice from end of nozzle Flush the screen , spray gun , and adjustable nozzte extension ( Figure 13 ) . extension with clean water to clear debris , 2 . Place in - line filter screen into threaded end of nozzle extension . Direction does not matter , Push screen in with eraser end of pencil until it rests fiat at bottom of opening . Take care to not bend screen . 4 . Place o - ring into recess , Push o - ring snugly against in - line filter screen , 5 . Assemble nozzle extension to spray gun . Purge Pump of Air and 3 . DO NOT overtighten orifice with allen wrench . 5 . When water supply is steady and constant , engage 7 . Reconnect nozzle extension to spray gun . safety latch and refasten nozzle extension . 8 . Reconnect water supply , turn on water , and start engine . Nozzle Maintenance 9 . Change pump oil as follows : Data Plate I . Drain engine oil and fuel from pressure washer . Data plate information is very important if you need help from 2 .
