Assembly To prepare your pressure washer for operation , you ASSEMBLY will need to perform these tasks : IMPORTANT : Read entire owner's manual before you I . Insert carriage boits through holes from outside of unit Engine ManuaI and attach a ptastic knob from inside of unit ( Figure 2 ) , Tighten by hand , Owner's Registration Card Handle Fastening Hardware Kit ( which includes ) : Carriage Bolts ( 2 ) Plastic Knobs ( 2 ) " L " Hooks ( 2 ) Locknuts ( 2 ) PREPARING PRESSURE WASHER FOR USE . Insert one " U ' hook through hole iust under biitboard on Ieft side of handle ( viewing from rear of unit ) , Hold If you have any problems with the assembly of your hook in piace with pliers and attach Iocknut with 7fl6 " pressure washer or if parrs are missing or damaged , call the wrench ( Figure 3 ) . pressure washer heipiine at 1 - 888 - 611 - 6708 . Section 3 : Assembly . Before connecting gardenhose to water inlet , inspect 6 . Turn ON water and squeezetrigger on spraygun to inlet screen ( Figure 6 ) . Make sure handle is in pIaceand secure . S . Connect garden hose ( not to exceed S0 feet in Iength ) 2 . Check that oit has been added to the proper level in to water inIet . Set up pressure washer as described in " Preparing 3 . Remove in - line fitter from other end of nozzte Pressure Washer For Use " . Connect water suppIy and extension . turn water on , 4 . Use a stoat { paper cIip to free any foreign material 2 . Pull trigger on spray gun and hold . clogging or restricting orifice ( Figure 13 ) . 3 . When water suppty is steady and constant , engage 5 .
