This allows you to start the engine with fewer pulls on the starter rope . Activate the primer bulb by pressing it and allowing it to return to its original form . BEFORE STARTING ENGINE is obtained by mixing 3.2 ounces 95 ml of oil with 1 gallon ( 4 liters ) of unleaded gasoline .
